Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Network & Security Solutions Architect to join our team and drive the architecture and design of IT solutions that align with business strategies. This role requires a visionary leader who can define solution direction, champion modern technologies, and act as a change agent within the organization. The architect will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring best practices, reusability, and enterprise-level alignment across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop conceptual and solution architectures and present them to senior leadership and the Enterprise Architecture Review Council.
  • Proactively define strategies and roadmaps for future IT projects while building organizational consensus.
  • Act as a change agent, introducing improved methodologies and innovative technologies.
  • Ensure all solutions are built with best practices, reusability, and scalability in mind.
  • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle—from requirements analysis and design to implementation.
  • Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment of IT solutions with business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 8–15 years of experience across multiple IT domains.
    • 5–7 years of dedicated technology architecture experience.
    • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect on at least two large-scale, heterogeneous IT programs.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Hands-on experience with Network Access Control (NAC).
    • Strong proficiency in Cisco ISE and Cisco DNA.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge Base:
    • Architectural modeling, service-oriented architecture, enterprise information management, software design, and development.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to design and deliver solutions to solve complex business challenges effectively.
