Senior Security Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Engineer with a strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM). This role focuses on the operations, support, and engineering of Privileged Access Management (CyberArk) and Zscaler ZPA solutions, along with related IAM and infrastructure technologies.

The position is best suited for a senior-level engineer who is highly self-sufficient, project-oriented, and able to quickly ramp up in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and engineer solutions for:
  • Privileged Access Management (CyberArk) – primary focus
  • Zscaler ZPA – secure remote access platform
• Support hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure (VMware, Azure)
• Implement and manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and MS Entra Connect Sync
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell preferred)
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting across identity, access, and networking platforms
• Contribute to project initiatives focused on improving security platforms
• Participate in testing, analysis, and certification of software solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of relevant IT Security / IAM experience
• Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management principles
• Hands-on expertise with:
  • CyberArk PAM (administration)
  • Zscaler ZPA (administration)
  • Active Directory & Group Policy
  • VMware and Azure VM (basic admin)
  • Networking and VPN fundamentals
  • Windows OS (various versions)
  • Linux (RHEL – basic)
  • PowerShell and automation
• Familiarity with MS Entra Connect Sync
